4. Hearing Test: Ability to perceive a “forced whisper” at a distance of 5 feet, with or without hearing aids.
5. Physical Examination: Evaluation of the heart, lungs, abdomen, neurological function, and overall physical fitness.
6. Urinalysis: Testing for underlying health issues such as diabetes.
